Main Projects:

1. Assist management consultants to complete management consulting projects,including strategic planning, talent reporting, post/staff/position setting, performance-based compensation, and recruitment
2. Assist legal consultants in labor law consultation.

Main Tasks:
1. Management consulting: including but not limited to organizational structure design, department and job description writing, strategic planning company benchmarking.
2. Legal consultation: search and summary of labor law cases.
3. Industry/policy auxiliary business: industry report retrieval summary, human resources policy summary. ("Talent Report" above)

Key takeaways:
Personally, I feel that the two most rewarding tasks are strategic planning projects and industry/policy support business.
In the strategic planning business, I learned about the importance of benchmarking companies, and it can also be widely used in the management consulting enterprise business.
In the industry/policy auxiliary business, I had a detailed understanding of the current industry development trends (the technology and new energy industries are relatively better understood), human resources development trends, ESG issues, etc., which broadened my horizons and deepened my understanding of the human resources industry.

• Mainly responsible for looking up cases/projects related information
• Learned the importance of evidence in civil disputes from looking up past precedents and recording important evidence information related to telephone chat records
• Understanded the necessity of relevant patent examination and other work before the company goes public through sorting out, searching and checking the patent application materials of relevant companies
• This internship experience would become a great help to both litigation and non-litigation business.
