Personally, I feel that the two most rewarding tasks are strategic planning projects and industry/policy support business.
In the strategic planning business, I learned about the importance of benchmarking companies, and it can also be widely used in the management consulting enterprise business.
In the industry/policy auxiliary business, I had a detailed understanding of the current industry development trends (the technology and new energy industries are relatively better understood), human resources development trends, ESG issues, etc., which broadened my horizons and deepened my understanding of the human resources industry.
