Responsible for the physical security of the three data centers in the Anhui region as well as the property work:

• Responsible for perimeter and traffic flow planning of the campus.
• Responsible for drafting physical security SOPs for the data center and promoting implementation.
• Responsible for providing physical security training and assessments, including information security, technical protection management, asset protection, and EHS special operations.
• Participate in the inspection, acceptance of new data centers and standardization of data center physical security design drawings.
• Participate in the physical security audit.

Responsible for the management and coordination of the school's public safety operations, developing and implementing policies and processes to ensure that security risks are effectively managed and controlled, promoting standardization and optimization of security management, reporting to the Senior Director of Operations.

• Policy and Process: Lead the development and updating of security policies, visitor management and security protocols to ensure that security measures are in sync with the development of the school and can effectively support day-to-day operations.
  Vendor Management: Lead and manage a team of on-site security vendors to ensure that the quality of service meets contractual requirements and tasks are completed on time.
• Security Risk Management: Assess and identify security risks, develop and promote the implementation of targeted security strategies, and coordinate with various departments to ensure effective risk management and response.
• Emergency Response and Drill: Coordinate the emergency response and drill activities, mainly responsible for the making of emergency plans, deployment of security forces, on-site command of emergency respond, management of emergency resources, and interface with the relevant government units in the region.
• Central Control Room: Ensure that the security guards in the central control room respond to emergencies on campus in an effective and timely manner, and inspect and check CCTV, intrusion alarms, and fire fighting facilities in accordance with SOPs.
• Front Desk and Access System: Responsible for the management of the front desk staff and the access control rights of the 800 residents of the campus, as well as the maintenance of the data of the access control system, and the planning of the campus traffic flow.
• Security Facility Management: Responsible for security facility renovation and maintenance projects, developing programs and overseeing implementation.
• Incident Investigation: Leads the investigation and data management of security incidents on campus, ensures standardization of incident handling, and makes recommendations for improvement to enhance the overall security level of the campus.
• Security Training and Team Management: Responsible for planning and implementing full-service security training programs to enhance the security awareness of staff, students and event participants, and leading the security team to continuously optimize workflow.

Mainly responsible for the security management and fire safety management of the school, as well as supervising the safety of school laboratories and buses, and the supervision of food safety in the cafeteria, reporting to the Director of Security.

• Central control room: supervise the duty status and alarm response speed of the central control room to ensure timely handling of all kinds of emergencies and on-site equipment positioning on the map. Regularly conduct skills assessment and training for operational staff, covering basic system conditions, common troubleshooting methods and on-site operation procedures of water systems.
• Fire Safety: Responsible for the school's fire safety work, supervise the maintenance company to complete the inspection of the fire alarm system and water system according to the requirements, and regularly check the functional status of the system and equipment at the site to ensure that the fire protection equipment operates normally.
• Fire equipment station: ensure that the fire fighting equipment meets the requirements, is within the validity period and is maintained according to the procedures.
• Fire Safety Facilities Renovation: collaborate with the facilities department to carry out fire safety renovation work, and cooperate with the fire bureau to carry out safety inspections, and report and update the fire protection files in a timely manner.
• Security Supervision: Responsible for supervising the quality of security vendor, conducting monthly KPI evaluations, and attendance audits.
• Drill: Responsible for planning and coordinating annual campus safety drills, interfacing with the Fire Bureau.
• Outing Safety Management: Responsible for reviewing the qualifications of vendors for student outings, conducting risk management assessments, and supervising at the site throughout the process.
• Bias Prevention and Child Protection Training: provide anti-bias, anti-discrimination and child protection training to third party vendors to ensure a safe environment for students and staff.
  
  

Mainly responsible for the training of practical and theoretical courses as well as the developing of theoretical courses. The training includes security management basics, firefighting, first aid, personal and goods security inspection.
