Participated in the think tank project jointly established by Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and Suzhou Municipal Government, participated in the research project on the development and challenges of Suzhou's biomedical industry, and cooperated with relevant researchers from our school and Suzhou to complete the project; Responsible for the subdivision of gene drug therapy and tumor drug therapy data research, data collection, and enterprise visits and surveys; visited important R&D enterprises in Suzhou Biomedical Industrial Park for research and comprehensive data integration: a large number of related biomedical databases such as Pubmed, CNKI, etc. were used to complete the industry research report. Participated in a research project on the theme of biostatistics in public health under the supervision of Professor Jennifer Wagman of the Department of Public Health at UCLA. Using the example of epidemic tracking and new crown prevention and control in the US, the project aims to investigate the practical application of biostatistics in public health. At the HBDSS conference in October 2022, we presented the paper "The Application of Biostatistics in the Prediction of COVID-19: Taking the United States as an Example" (see link to the journal: https://www .vde-verlag.de/proceedings-en/566041024.html), which provided insights into the application and significance of biostatistics in the field of public health, and improved our skills in data analysis and paper writing.
