As an advocate for new learning pedagogy, I have been given positions on the Curriculum Review Committee, the ICT Academic Committee, the Report Committee, and the Appraisal Committee I have been both the CIE Examinations Manager and the Principal's Nominee

• The Curriculum Review allowed me to design a unique and engaging curriculum, tailor-made to improve individual student learning I offer various subjects, including Digital Citizenship and Digital Literacy, as part of the school's Positive Education curriculum
• The ICT Academic Committee was charged with ensuring that technologies became an integral part of the learning experience As a specialist in ICT, I have been called upon by people in all areas of the college to assist with pedagogy, data management, administration, educational technologies, and staff training I have also been an advisor on the rollout of the school's 1-to-1 iPad initiative
• Provided leadership and raised teacher knowledge across the school by devising and delivering ICT programs to teachers

• Instigated and coordinated a whole school on-site PL to motivate staff and develop digital literacy skills
• As a contributing member of the Appraisal Committee, I have developed annual and interim appraisals following the school development plan
• I have been a Cambridge Examinations Manager and was expected to take full responsibility for the administration of Cambridge International Exams This includes recruiting suitable invigilators, providing appropriate training and information for them, and conducting regular checks to ensure that they are performing their duties satisfactorily I also liaise with HODs regarding the administration and invigilation of practical exams
• Implemented learning-centered programs utilising inquiry, reflective practices, goal setting, student-created rubrics, and student leadership
