  • Manage the bottling operations of the Diageo italian manufacturing site located in Alba (Cuneo), 200 direct + undirect.
  • 20 direct reports including team leaders, PILs (peformance improvement leaders), DSs (new product development project managers), maintenance and resource planning resources.
  • Drive bottling performance at Safety, OEE, Quality, Service level (OEE site target 2024 = 75,1%).
  • Accountability to run strategic and continuous improvement projects including a LEAN Manufacturing Program.
  • Responsibility to meet the Diageo safety and food safety standards (site certified under FSSC 22000 & ISO 9001).
  • Drive employees engagement & capability development program to meet Diageo Performance Ambition.
  • Work with the Diageo Global M&A team to develop feasibility studies to support make or buy decision on new acquired brands, develop co-packing contracts with eternal brands buyers.
