Summary

Entered the game industry in 2016 and started working at ADIA. More than eight and a half years have passed since then. After joining the company, I began to work on project management, enjoying the game art production while working hard. Since then, I have accumulated around 3 years of work experience (around 2018) and was appointed as the team leader of the ADIA Japan PM team. At the same time, I also began to concurrently manage the account of the Japanese team. Since then, I have worked with members of the Japanese team to develop new projects, treating each project with honesty and seriousness as my principles. As a result, trusting relationships were established with many customers. I think as the receiving party, it is necessary to fully understand the requirements of the ordering party in order to better deal with the customer. The sense of "improvement" has always been maintained, even if there is a problem, it will not escape before solving the problem, and seriously face it and cope with it. At ADIA, I really a lot of valuable experience.

I believe that no matter what stage of life, it is important to maintain a positive attitude and desire to grow. Is it OK to keep your current position and job content? Is it right to maintain the status quo? Began to have such questions. Maybe it's time to push the boundaries. I hope to make good use of the experience accumulated so far in my next work. This time, I want to work not just on game art, but on game development as a whole. I want to learn a lot from the roots of making games. In addition, new values can be discovered from other perspectives. I think these will help my growth. At the same time, I'll do my best to contribute to BNSS! Thank you!
