Self evaluation: I'm not a talent student, but if I have determined to do something, then I will focus on it and try to finished it.
In the early stage, when I first came here, I was responsible for ordering equipment and reagents. Later, I participated in mouse management (including mice breeding, genotyping) and molecular experiments (including plasmids construction, amplification for AAV packaging). I also worked with other people to do a project about microglia and obesity. Currently, I am trying to design siRNA and ASO drugs for treatment of Cachexia.
Molecular cloning, Cell culture, Western blotting, Lentivirus packaging, Immunofluorescence, Co-immunoprecipitation, RT-qPCR, Dual-Luciferase Reporter Assay System, CRISPR/Cas9 , Mouse management
software: GraphPad, ImgeJ, Linux system
Research interest: I am interested in using protein design to create new tools for scientific research and drug design
