• Maintenance Planning Management: Be responsible for receiving and evaluating maintenance plans and work packages from third-party customers, and formulating the maintenance plans for Loongair as well as the maintenance plans for the next 12 months.
• Production Control: Be responsible for the production planning, production preparation, and on-site control of C-Checks and aircraft disassembly tasks for both Loongair and third-party customers.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate and allocate all resources required for maintenance work, including hangar facilities, tools and equipment, materials, personnel, and airworthiness data.
• Certification & Capability Management: Be responsible for applying for CAAC maintenance capabilities, and other related tasks; as a member of the company's EASA maintenance capability development team, be responsible for application work related to the maintenance planning module; manage and perform data analysis for all Loongair hangar and maintenance apron slot allocations.

• Department & Team Management: Be responsible for the management of the Production Support Department and the building of the departmental team; oversee the commissioning, acceptance, management, and maintenance of the Loongair hangar.
• Tooling & Equipment Management: Be responsible for the planning and procurement, acceptance, maintenance, calibration, and daily usage management of tools and equipment; manage the operation and maintenance of ground support vehicles.

• Division Management & Team Building: Be responsible for the management of the Component Maintenance Division and the building of the divisional team.
• Capability & Infrastructure Development: Oversee the integration of the component repair shop, personnel management, and the development of maintenance capabilities; manage the innovative R&D, management, and maintenance of production tools and equipment.

• Division Support & Team Building: Assist the Manager in the management of the Line Maintenance Division and the building of the divisional team.
• Resource Coordination & Technical Work: Be responsible for coordinating all resources for line maintenance and the development of innovative equipment; perform aircraft maintenance, certification/release, and troubleshooting tasks.

• Workshop Management & Technical Execution: Be responsible for the management of the line maintenance workshop, including performing aircraft maintenance, certification/release, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Maintenance Control & Oversight: Control and oversee line maintenance operations, coordinating all related resource support. Inspect maintenance production preparation, execution processes, and final work sign-offs.
• Technical Execution & Operational Coordination: Perform aircraft maintenance, certification/release, and troubleshooting tasks; organize and implement on-site fault resolution, coordinating technical support or adjusting flight schedules as necessary.
• Verification & Documentation: Verify work completion, sign off maintenance records, process Discrepancy Reports/Fault Codes (DD/FC), and report findings to the responsible department.

Responsible for scheduled maintenance of B737 and A320 aircraft.
