Batonova is a joint venture established by ThundeTech and Human Horizons. As a core team member of the company, I am responsible for the overall organizational planning, projects, quality systems, and product and R&D of the entire company.

The work content of the business unit includes: maintaining customer relationships, exploring customer needs, signing contracts, ensuring the high-quality aspects of projects, acceptance, receivables, and other tasks throughout the entire lifecycle of business operations. It is necessary to make business plans and manage the operational status of the business unit.

The management of the business unit is akin to managing a company. In terms of personnel structure, there are salespeople, account managers, delivery managers, and operational staff to ensure the closed-loop operation of the business unit's management.

Responsible for clients including:
Human Horizons, Yanfeng Technology, Visteon Electronics, and other OEMs, Tier1 suppliers, as well as semiconductor companies.

Joinovate is a joint venture established by Thundersoft and Horizon Robotics, primarily engaged in autonomous driving-related businesses based on Horizon's chips.
