• Allocate Skin Product Dev. team resource including skin care, body care and skin cleansing team according to personal experience and workload. Be responsible for subordinates' development, KPI, coaching and promotion recommendation.
4. Skin Care technical formulation development
• Research different cluster of raw material application in formula mainly focus on personal care, such as polymers, surfactants, and oil emollient. Technical repertory for the flying developed marketing is one of our main daily jobs.
5. Marketing support on technical route
• Technically support marketing on Claim support and TV support. Solve and consult for consumer challenges to maintenance company reputation.
6. RM localization
• Develop RM back copy according to current specification, in terms of new suppliers' validation, Spec confirmation, production compatibility, manufactory plant trial and product stability tracing.
