Clinical development coverage advanced for SAL0139 oral small-molecule PCSK9 candidate. Clinical development coverage progressed for SAL0167 oral cyclic-peptide PCSK9 candidate.

Directed IIT clinical trial activities for several new AAV programs since February 2023, including IIT plan updates, researcher coordination on next-step protocols, patient efficacy analysis, and trial summary reporting. Led IND package preparation, covering IND strategy, IB, and CRF development, while addressing regulatory questions from FDA and CDE. Achieved IND approvals across all current projects by resolving FDA safety concerns for NGGT001 with clinical evidence from IIT data, documenting risk controls for NGGT002 in PKU, advancing NGGT006 protocol development and glucocorticoid planning, and completing CDE submission for NGGT007.

Provided psychiatric emergency and inpatient support across 22 months in hospital department, including nearly 1 year in psychiatric emergency department, contributing to care for patients with acute schizophrenia, severe depression, suicidal tendencies, and self-harming behaviors, and collaborating with police, judges, fire departments, emergency services, and specialized psychiatric hospital physicians to improve response and treatment delivery.

Participated in standardized residency training program in China, selecting psychiatry as specialty.
