  • English Corner, Wenzhou + Ningbo, 2019-Present, Organize English corners in my local city. I prepare topics ahead of time and introduce them for discussions. Facilitate both foreign and local people to come out to events. Encourage friendships and cross-cultural understanding between foreigners and locals.
  • Volunteer Daycare Assistant, Lisa's Daycare, Ridgeville, 2015-2018, Designed a reading rocks program to improve the children's language proficiency. Worked with children in groups, but also one-on-one to increase their vocabulary, literacy and comprehension. Organized and implemented activities as outline in the weekly program plan.
  • VP of Recruitment, National Panhellenic Conference, Ottawa, 2013-2014, Responsible for organizing the recruitment process of 200 new members for three international organization on campus. Taught the presidents of each international organization and their recruitment chairs on the web-based ICS system along with recruitment policies and procedures.
