1. Designed the enterprise applications architecture, data architecture, infrastructure architecture and 5-year roadmap of Smart Mine.

1. As the leader of Financial Advisory(FA) IT, was responsible for IT R&D and delivery capability development. Under my leadership, the team had grown from a few people to more than 40 people, with complete product development capabilities and project delivery capabilities. A number of new advisory services with information technology as the core competency were incubated during my tenure.
2. As project manager and solution architect, successfully delivered several custom applications development and/or data analytics projects to financial institutes and/or regulator including The People's Bank of China, The Bank of East Asia, PingAn Group and The Industrial Bank.
3. As a product manager and system architect, successfully designed and developed 3 new products.

1. As a software developer/tech leader/architect(2008 - 2017), delivered serval custom application development projects for clients in various industries including General Motors, P&G, EVA Airways, Chi Mei Electronics etc.; participated in the development of 4 major products of HP/HPE/DXC.
2. As the team leader of an offshore development team with 20+ software developers(2012 - 2017), key achievements include:
- developed a Master Data Management system of ITSM(IT Service Management) platform which manages the master data of more than 1700 clients across globe.
- established DevOps pipelines to automate the enhancement and patch deployment process.
- improved team productivity and quality by applying Agile and TDD.
3. As the team leader of an IT ops team with 10+ engineers (2014 - 2017), key achievements include:
- Extended the work scope from 1 system to the whole ITAM(IT Asset Management) portfolio which consists of 10+ systems.
- team grew from 4 to 14 members
- Established DevOps pipelines to automate the end-to-end move-to-production process of enhancements and patches.
4. As an Agile Coach since (2015 - 2017), key achievements include:
- developed several training materials about Agile methodology and engineering best practice and delivered 50+ training sessions to internal audiences.
- worked side by side with 3 product development teams across geographies (Ireland, Mexico, China), guiding the teams to shift their mindset as well as engineering skillset to improve R&D effectiveness.

1. As a R&D engineer, I was responsible for the development of the MDX generation engine of Aurora Business Intelligence Server(ABIS). The execution efficiency of MDX statements generated by the engine was greatly improved by the algorithm designed by me.
2. As the sole software engineer of project team, I completed the system design, development, and deployment of a carrier's Telecom Network Elements Usage Forecasting and Analysis System on my own.
