Student Research Programme (SRP) (2021.12 - 2023.2): Exploring about the calibration and tuning of RC filters

• Introduction: Traditional calibration methods often set up a separate set of RC arrays for calibration, which wastes the chip area and increases the cost. Our team designs a digital circuit to shift the calibration results at low frequencies to high frequencies to solve the problem that the accuracy of the current bandwidth calibration method decreases at larger bandwidths, thus improving the accuracy of filter calibration at large bandwidths.
• Teammate 6 people: Led by a professor from the School of Microelectronics in SCUT, we have developed a variable bandwidth active RC filter and its gain setting method.
• Achievement: Applied for and successfully obtained a patent.
