· Responsible for planning and teaching classes to corporate and medical clients, as well as teaching at adult training centres.

· Provided high-quality classes to students at companies such as Hengdian Group (横店集团), Power China (华东电建), Tongde Hospital (浙江省立同德医院), and Sandun Hospital (浙江医院三墩院).

· Taught students in groups ranging from 2-30 students as well as individual classes.

· Students were mostly Chinese but had students from Europe in my classes too, this has helped me to develop a strong sense of cultural awareness.

· Taught students cultural awareness as many of them have to travel overseas for work or pleasure.

· Responsibilities included designing appropriate syllabuses for various companies, proofreading, and also performing level checks on prospective students.

· Found and researched specific topics to provide high quality lessons on topics such as medical research and lectures, preparation for visiting trade fairs in foreign countries, and terminology for industries such as hydroelectric power and import-export.

· Made use of PowerPoint and other apps. Focused on listening and speaking when teaching but also made sure to cover reading and writing too.

· Created and implemented detailed lesson plans for 1-to-1 classes to help students with General and Business English.

· Included interactive classes that made lessons fun and interesting and helped to fully engage students for duration of class.

· Assessed students' progress throughout classes and provided feedback to them afterwards.

· Helped students to reach their full potential by thoroughly researching topics that they needed and then creating lessons based around their needs.

· Provided optimal care and academic support to students aged 3-12.

· Created and implemented detailed lesson plans every week.

· Responsible for recruiting new students to school, both demo lessons on campus and off campus.

· Taught online during Covid-19, maintained fun, enjoyable and interactive lessons despite challenging circumstances.

· Assembled detailed lesson plans to suit school's curriculum guidelines.

· Planned classroom activities and implemented them as necessary.

· Although focused on the English Department, I taught across a variety of subjects including Maths, Science and PE.

· Marked students' assignments impartially and in line with the school's curriculum.

· Responsible for informing and updating on students' progress and well-being at Parent-Teacher conferences.

· Taught a wide variety of students aged 10-20 with very different levels of English.
