Summary

Having worked extensively in business development and strategic alliance management, new product planning, project and portfolio management, market research and competitive intelligence, and pharmaceutical marketing and sales for biopharmaceuticals both in US and China, I have what I will need for the next chapter in my career. In the past ten years, I have been focusing on business development and alliance management, covering asset (target) evaluation to negotiation of term sheets and contracts, eventually to close the deals and manage the partnerships. I am very experienced in managing the alliance and partnership with very different corporate cultures and business practices. With education in biomedical science and business management, bilingual in Chinese and English, broad working experience ranging from big pharma in US to biotech start-up in China, I am ready to thrive in a new environment where all my experiences and strengths can be fully leveraged. I am a US citizen living in China now, so I am flexible with job location in both countries.
