Team management: Leading a team of four individuals, I divided the business scenario into the following segments: outreach system, multilingual configuration, social media operations, and VIP operations. Ensuring a highly complementary set of skills within the team, thereby achieving different performance goals at each stage.
2. Product Operations: Iterating on the requirements of four major products - platform referral program, rewards hub, VIP program, and lucky draw - optimizing user scenarios, and using data insights into user behavior characteristics as the basis for iterating products. This aims to comprehensively enhance new user acquisition, retention, and other performance goals from the product end.
3. Marketing Operations: Firstly, a comprehensive operational upgrade was conducted on the user outreach system, including iterations of marketing emails, app push notifications, in-app messages, and content across all social media channels. Secondly, collaborative market activities with ecosystem partners such as project teams were initiated to stimulate user registrations and transactions, achieving growth objectives. Thirdly, by designing trading competitions that span across different stages throughout the year and aligning them with various themes, we not only increased user trading volume but also established a strong brand image in the market.
