• 3-storey residential dwelling of a great range of building materials and product suppliers, including, but not limited to: Formance SIP roof and wall; RedStag CLT floor and wall; Structural timber, steel, reinforced concrete beams, columns; Masonry block shear wall and retaining wall and footing; Raft foundation; Reinforced concrete and timber solider pile walls; and Watercare works-over bridging.
• 3-storey residential dwelling of precast concrete walls, with Formance SIP product, Composite concrete floor, and retaining walls and solider pile walls.
• 3-storey residential dwelling of a garage at top level.
• 2-storey residential development of Formance SIP products.
