- Align the hardcopy documents of each shipments through our receiving window tracker with Job number and Internal duty calculation via EASYTMS software.
- Verification of Drafted Pre-alert documents for imports (Air/LCL/FCL) shipments for accuracy with input details and instructions for revised the documents if required.
- Scrutiny of Pre-alert documents and share with CHA to arrange the Bill of entry filing and clearance on time.

- Shipment delivery checks on daily basis whether documents and material having no objections from Customs, Forwarders and other source.
- Target to achieve the zero penalty and demurrage on every shipments..
- Advance follow-up's with CHA and Supplier to arrange Form-I and COO to get the BOE file with FTA benefits.
- Co-ordination with CHA to arrange the FDS bonds for FCL containers and get this verified from Bank and submit to Shipping lines for containers movement for Direct Factory De-stuffing mode.
- Advance intimation to CHA for registration category (Steel Import Monitoring System (SIMS), Non Ferrous Metals Import Monitoring System (NFMIMS) for specific Pre-alert documents.
- Monthly reconciliation with CHA for demurrage levied on shipments to justify the reason and validate the points behind demurrage. Debit the demurrage to concerned party for closure and payments.
- Follow-up's with CHA for monthly reconciliation on Service bill payment and timely bill submission and get the No Dues Certificate quarterly basis from CHA.
- DSR tracking of pipeline shipments and status checks to initiate the clearance process and to share the technical write-up’s with DHL for BOE filing with correct and accurate data.
- Preparation of export documents and place the booking for pick-up’s through DHLE for couriers shipments.
- Preparation of export documents and filing of shipping bills with correct data and declaration in Customs systems of Cargo shipments.
- Co-ordination with forwarder for container booking, data share, and ensure to claim the duty drawback and other duty credit license for commercial exports.
