• Operate and manage a 16 member crew in a diner style restaurant
• I am responsible for all facets of the day to day operations including purchasing, maintenance, sanitation, cleaning, and training
• I work closely with upper management in order to evaluate, assess, and determine corrective measures concerning profitability, discipline, and business growth areas.

• Assist On-call nurse with clients’ needs; assist Counselor’s Aide as necessary; ensure cleanliness of client lounge area; set-up group Meditation Room for morning session; perform in-processing search of clothing, luggage, etc
• Of patients; perform in-processing search of male patients as directed; observe male UA’s as directed; measure and record patients’ vital signs; accompany patients to and from off site meetings, doctor’s appointments, etc.

• Perform initial screening assessment of consumers in crisis determine which level of care to direct consumer toward; fill out screening questionnaire and all relevant documentation concerning confidentiality and privacy of consumers; fill out all requisite paperwork for consumer admission to Detox unit; field all calls between facility and outlying hospitals and mental health units; act as liaison between facility and local law enforcement and emergency crew personnel in crisis situations; peer counsel consumers; peer counsel any members of community who may call facility; ensure cleanliness of consumer lounge area; prepare rooms for newly admitted consumers; do laundry of consumer clothing at admission and as necessary; update patient files, input relevant information in computer files

• I was an over the road driver traveling across country delivering refrigerated goods from ports to assorted customers.

• I oversaw the corrective and preventative maintenance procedures in the fab side of a beef processing plant
• On the "C" shift, the extra assistance my crew and I provided to the contracted clean-up crews and outside maintenance personnel was paramount to ensuring the on time start up each morning
• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, maintaining free-flowing drains, acting the middle man for communications, disciplining of employees under my direction, writing evaluations of said employees were some of my daily functions
• I was proficient in weldingboth MIG and TIG, fabricating of stainless sheet fixtures as needed for production tasks, plumbing, some electrical and electronic controls exposure, basic to advanced carpentry, minimal ammonia refrigeration systems knowledge.

• I was responsible for inspecting all stock steelcarbon and stainlessfrom deliver throughout the entire production process of pressure container vessels
• Tested for the type of metals, ensured the grade matched the vessel, oversaw the welding, cleaning, and pressure testing of all vessels manufactured on my shift.

• I was a general laborer for an employment agency, typically day or weekend contracts
• I worked for three months as a loader/unloader for Millard Refrigerationa boxed beef storage facilitythrough them.

• I was an over the road driver in their refrigerated fleet pulling loads across country

• I was the sole operator of the franchise in Statesboro from opening to the day I left
• Handled all paperwork, advertising, community relations, customer complaints, service
• Troubleshot plumbing failures and either made the necessary repairs or connected customers with the proper professionals as required.

• I answered trouble calls from customers for plumbing and drain failure situations
• Covered all industrial, commercial, and residential calls requiring troubleshooting and/or repairing as necessary
• Passed on all recommendations to front office for further actions necessary by other professional services
• The majority of my efforts were directed at operating electric drain snakes.

• Shipboard maintenance, including plumbing, welding, assisting the operation of a LOX plant, operating Worthington 5-stage air compressors, maintenance of steam heat systems, maintenance on 150 lb fire pumps, prepping and painting metal surfaces
• In ’82-’83 I was a member of the USS America (CV-66) shipboard fire department
• Through our efforts, the America became the first warship to pass the waterproofing drill at GITMO.

• Teaching all areas of BC English courses for grades 10-12 with the occasional Economics and Social Studies courses
• Teaching Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening English classes to undergraduate and post-graduate non-English majors and specifically, IELTS level courses.

• Teaching English as a second language to students ranging in age from four years old to adult
• Teaching classes in the private school setting, as well as middle school, high school, and university classes
• Also teach one-on-one sessions whenever requested
• I am currently giving a semester long English speaking class at HUST West with noticeable results from several of the students.

Taught all aspects of university level English as a Foreign Language: Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening; Specialized for six years in IELTS preparation.
