KA Marketing:
Made a series of super category/brand promo to reach user growth and GMV of categories and top brands. The burst coefficient of Super Brand is >5, and the explosion coefficient of category promo is >1.3.
Initiated Hero Products Project and reached 141% scale growth respectively for hero products.
Initiated Women's Battle to help upgrade Fashion categories of AliExpress.Brazil, achieving GMV YOY + 17% with female buyers YOY+ 25%.
Did large scale of seller recruitment for AliExpress Affiliate Program through KA seller training and management of SKA merchants, as well as traffic packaging services for KA merchants. Affiliate GMV of KA merchants reached 54% YOY( 20% higher than its general growth.
Platform Marketing:
As PM of S/A level promo, I did innovative and refined shopping guides to improve efficiency, incubated and selected hero product, traffic regulation, and coupon optimization to achieve GMV target with localized marketing insights and UED design. Formed an internal work collaborative workflow. S/A level promo covered 40% of total GMV, being an engine to drive the growth of GMV and buyer number.
Product Operation:
Carried out business planning and implementation for shopping guiding basing on the business strategy of building marketplace for local big brands with supporting new products, booming big brands, reached GMV YOY+121%; built AliExpress plus shopping guiding channel from 0 to 1, and established its buyer's awareness during buyer’s whole lifecycle, stimulated users to return to visit (return visit rate increased from 36% to 42.1%);

KA management: Carried out the brand stratification strategy of air-conditioning category with focusing on Gree and Midea brands and stimulating Aux and Hisense to invest more deeply;
Shopping guiding & event marketing, including: Air Conditioning Channel operation, Labour's Day promotion, 618 Big promotion and acheived 60 million+ GMV on June.18th. Events planning such as Hisense European Cup and Aux Air Conditioning Festival to enhance the cobranding in social communication of big brands with JD.com.
