More than 5 years worked in a Bayer Consumer Health Product Supply Center as PCT (Process Control Technology) Engineer. My experiences are as below:

1. CAPEX projects management from draft of URS to equipment qualification and handover to user department.

2. Optimization on control system of utilities, as cooling water and chilled water distribution.

3. Digitalization of business process in engineering department, as maintenance management, spare parts management, calibration, and so on

4. Support on machine connectivity requirements in Batch Execution System.

5. Manage FAM (Facility, Asset Management) module of SAP system. Maintenance of all master data and users.

6. Manage of HVAC systems for D clean area.

BMA is one of the leading companies in sugar industry, many state-of-the -art sugar process equipments are designed and manufactured by BMA. During the 7 years, I was responsible for:

- Onsite service including installation supervision and commissioning on BMA centrifuge machines in China and aboard.

- Communication with German engineers and coordination on local resources to make the control system of centrifuge assembly in Kunming possible.

- Participate exhibition to introduce BMA machines to potential customers.

- Training customers on operation and diagnostic on BMA centrifuge, especially on Siemens Sinamic S120 VFDs.

- Worked together with German engineer to do commissioning on other process equipment from BMA, e.g. evaporator, crystallize, dryer, and so on. Do onsite translation and technical support on control system.

• Internally I have been supporting the sales team on biding document compiling for many important projects;
• Visited customers and authorities for technical forum;
• Onsite training for customers on installation, operation and diagnostic on heat meters;
• Onsite repair and calibration on heat meters;
• Introduced M-bus communication protocol to agents and customers;
• Programmed (C language) for a handheld terminal that used for parameter adjustment on heat meters.
