Summary

Looking back on the path I have taken over the years, from a confused student entering the society, to serving 8 companies successively, from a state-owned enterprise cadre to the vice president and CEO of the group. If I were to summarize it in one sentence, I think it should be this: Work is about solving problems, and solving problems requires innovation.

Whether it was during his time working at a state-owned enterprise, he used his expertise in international trade to help state-owned enterprises get rid of their path dependence on foreign trade companies and became one of the few state-owned factories that could independently conduct foreign trade business at that time; or during his time working at a Guangdong Foreign-funded International Trade Company, he realized independent design of styles, completed customer sample duplication within half a day, achieved a 100% qualified export product rate, and enabled foreign trade salesmen to instantly calculate order prices, making the company one of the top three foreign-funded international trade companies in Guangdong at that time. This is inseparable from a series of innovations.

Whether it is combining international trade and logistics to establish the first 4PL model supply chain management company in China and successfully winning bids for supply chain businesses of several Fortune 500 companies; or solving the supply chain problems of a business with more than 100 stores by establishing a supply chain system, SSCF distribution model, three-dimensional warehousing management, RF PDA semi-automatic sorting, etc., the problems faced cannot be solved without innovation.

Whether it is through the strategic transformation of regional distributors to national brand owners to break through development bottlenecks, build a national network, and create a multi-disk linkage marketing model; or in the process of building industrial projects from scratch, the business model of industrial Internet platform + industrial finance + industrial services was established, and an industrial town and four industrial parks were built through the government-enterprise cooperation model, with an annual comprehensive main business scale of over 10 billion yuan. It can be said that sticking to the old ways will not bring results, and only innovation can lead to breakthroughs.

Innovation is not about cutting bananas and adding plums. First of all, it cannot be separated from the status quo, including policies, industries, enterprises, etc. Secondly, it cannot be separated from reality. It is not about starting over, but about transforming, upgrading and reconfiguring in the process of moving forward. Innovation is about adding wings to a tiger. It is a new understanding of "things" and the integration of knowledge, experience and resources based on this understanding, constantly exploring the most suitable solutions and putting them into practice. Innovation requires not only a rich reserve of professional knowledge, deep experience accumulation and learning that keeps pace with the times, but also three parts planning and seven parts implementation.

Major Achievements:
1. Participate in project creation as a co-founding member. The project takes B2B as the entry point, but there is no successful model to learn from. Everything needs to be solved through exploration.
2. Project management. From project feasibility study, policy research, top-level design, strategic planning, to planning and packaging, business negotiation, implementation, company establishment, operation management, government-enterprise cooperation, team organization, ecological construction, etc., everything starts from scratch, from nothing to something, and the entire project is fully managed.
3. Strategic management. He established a strategic management committee and served as executive deputy director, and determined the strategic positioning of the project to carry out innovative operations closely around the industrial chain, supply chain, value chain and regional economy.
4. Industrial Internet. During the operation process, we continuously innovate projects according to actual conditions, and have launched a procurement-driven B2B platform, a business model of platform + industrial finance + industrial services, credit enhancement transaction financial solutions, foreign trade supply chain solutions, and regional supply chain application solutions, etc., integrating various resources to create an industrial ecosystem and continuously empowering projects.
5. Industrial platform. Online, we developed a B2B Internet platform with independent intellectual property rights, planned and designed an MRO industrial product procurement mall, presided over the development of a comprehensive foreign trade supply chain service platform, and launched a supply chain financial service app and Huicai CLUB App.
6. Industrial parks. Offline, we promote the government-bank-enterprise cooperation model, cooperate with local governments to build characteristic industrial towns, and cooperate with multiple local governments to build industrial parks through model output. Online empowers offline, and offline supports online. We always focus on the industry, adhere to local conditions, use finance to drive development, use platforms to support construction, and use services to improve quality. We empower local economic development through industrial cultivation and ecological investment promotion.
7. Marketing management. Planned brand activities such as project launch conferences, channel conferences, characteristic town opening ceremonies, industry empowerment forums, etc., cooperated with the government to hold a series of activities such as cost reduction and efficiency improvement, entrepreneur lectures, cross-border e-commerce, etc., and gave more than 100 lectures.
8. Company management. Responsible for the company's operation and management, from project company site selection, registration and decoration, personnel recruitment, to department establishment, system construction, process design, operation management, marketing, brand promotion, performance evaluation, etc. Established comprehensive management, development, operation, research, marketing, market, supply chain, risk control, finance, government cooperation, ecological cooperation, international cooperation and other departments, with a team size of more than 500 people. Constructed a supply chain financial credit enhancement risk control system; responsible for the inspection reception and work reporting of government leaders at all levels.
9. The project's comprehensive main business scale will reach RMB 10 billion and its import and export volume will reach US$1 billion.

Main job responsibilities:
1.Participate in the formulation of strategic planning, business strategies, institutional policies, mid- and long-term planning, and annual plans;

6.Coordinate the maintenance of government relations and take the lead in planning, organizing, formulating, promoting, implementing and executing major projects;
7.Preside over the overall work of the project company and make decisions on major operational matters of the project

8.Improve the project company's systems and assessment systems, establish an effective team collaboration mechanism, and lead the entire team to achieve the goals.
