• Overseas Mega Mining Project : Directed full-cycle construction audit and optimized resource allocation for a USD 858M cross-border copper-cobalt mining project, improving overall project operational efficiency and delivery stability.
• GSP Pharmaceutical & Medical Benchmark Projects: Conducted audits of a 126,000 ㎡ pharmaceutical facility to support compliance with GSP standards. Provided cost consulting for a RMB 1.8 billion medical center to assist in maintaining budget integrity. • Top Enterprise Headquarters Construction: Delivered end-to-end construction audit and technical verification for the RMB 760M Lenovo Shanghai Headquarters project, standardized construction procedures and guaranteed investment & quality safety. Implemented full quality, safety and schedule control for the RMB 80M ASE residential renovation project, realizing 100% compliance and successful final acceptance.
• Investment Due Diligence & Asset Consulting: Led technical due diligence and business negotiations for the 30,000 ㎡ ABB factory acquisition, effectively defusing investment and construction risks. Completed comprehensive on-site inventory and asset valuation for the RMB 42B super-large amusement park project, ensuring accurate and authentic asset data. Managed full-lifecycle PMO delivery for ABB’s overseas mobile factory project.

Directed parallel execution of four extensive projects encompassing premium R&D tech parks, IVD pharmaceutical industrial zones, and upscale residential communities. Oversaw comprehensive processes from preliminary approvals to design enhancement and procurement activities.
