1. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment including campus recruitment and Management Trainee recruitment:

• Sourcing/ selection/ phone screen/ interview/offer/ pre-onboarding process for candidates
• Both online and offline channel development for campus recruitment ( job-boards/ campus website/ campus information talk);
• Design and participate in Online and offline job fairs;
• Data collection and analysis for campus recruitment (from questionaire design to present data report (by X-mind, power BI), which help to establish campus recruitment strategy;
• Participate brain storm of campus recruitment. Cooperated with related suppliers to accomplish the campus recruitment websites 2024 and Wechat articles after having a clear aim and plan.

2. Responsible for the recruitment of professionals (including R&D/sales and marketing/ finance/ designer/ manufacturing white collar positions

• Organize kick-off meeting with BU to clear the qualifications and demands of position and choose suitable strategies
• Screen and select candidates from incoming resumes and direct sourcing, evaluate candidate from their soft skills and hard skills.
• Shortlist candidates and arrange interviews. Keep close communication with hiring team
• Maintain database of candidates, build potential talent pool and prepare data and information for future recruitment.
• Provide recruitment service instead of ticket closing, Send talent market report to BU regularly. Make researches of the market according to position requirements and make mapping reports.
• As an ambassador of Eaton, for better EVP extending to candidates outside company

3. Other projects led and participated

• Lead and design Global Meeting Learning Project in 2023 in TAC APAC Team
• Lead and design the TA conference in 2022
• Participate in the EVP project from zero to one
• As a newsletter reporter of TAC team, responsible for articles and newsletters writing on Eaton news Platform
• Participate in the refinement of Assessment & selection training for managers, provided several important ideas and help to accomplish the training materials
• As a member of Eaton Corp HR Activity Community, design and organize activities for APAC HRs ( 10 out of 80 )

• Responsible for plotting/ preparing and arranging six art exhibitions and their opening ceremonies, five talks and lectures；
• Trainees recruitments (including JD editing/ JD post on platforms/ CV Screens/ invitation and schedule/ interviews/ decisions) and trainees’ training and managing;
• Doing researches and writing articles, related to artists/ art exhibitions/ collections;
• Meet and communicate with domestic and overseas artists, make schedule and operation for them
• Establish the systematic database of all arts collections and antiques in the art museum, including information of artworks and their warehouse and logistic status;
• Do the interior design of the art space, choosing and purchasing facilities and doing daily maintenance
