Assist the Group Sales VP in managing the overall sales-related duties of its subsidiaries in areas of global personnel management, sales target completion, overseas exhibitions, etc.
Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Sales VP.
Oversee each subsidiary to achieve its annual sales target.
Develop and improve the management structure and system, and supervise and check the implementation of relevant regulations and code of conduct.
Connect with all of the subsidiaries' sales departments and overseas offices.
Oversee and record important meetings with major customers, and participate in the visits when necessary.

Strategic planning and execution of global development: recruitment of local sales and designers in different countries, overseeing the human resources sector, and working with overseas headhunting companies and other recruitment channels for suitable candidates.
Overseas office administration tasks: interview, onboarding arrangement, contract and bonus plan signing, and performance evaluation.
Potential sales channels: look for and negotiate cooperation with overseas distributors and agents in ways of brand representation through LinkedIn, Google, and other social media.
Market analysis.
Collect and analyze data on the global market, including, but not limited to, market share and sales performance of existing and potential clients.
Analyze industry/market information, including competitors' sales strategies and tactics, and customer service-related actions.
Feasibility study of a potential overseas office, factory, and warehouse.
IPO-related.
Follow up with audit letters and interviews of key accounts.
Filing and providing necessary paperwork and documentation.
