As part of the internship programme, I had an unforgettable internship in the summer of 2023 in the office of the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Renhe District, Panzhihua City. During this time, I was fully engaged in the essence of office management, contributing to the synergy of the office by actively participating in document sorting, information filing and assisting in daily affairs. Working closely with the team has not only enhanced my teamwork skills, but also sharpened my ability to cope with problems flexibly in a high-intensity environment. By interacting closely with my colleagues, I have gained substantial improvement in communication and coordination. This internship experience has not only sharpened my working skills, but also deepened my understanding of administrative management and cultivated my sense of responsibility and meticulous working attitude. This internship is not only an enriching experience for my professional career, but also a key moment in shaping me to be polished for future success in the workplace.
