I earned my Ph.D. in Mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University in 2012. Following my doctoral studies, I began my academic career as an Assistant Professor at the School of Mathematics and Statistics, Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, in July 2012. From August 2014 to August 2015, I pursued postdoctoral research in the Department of Electronic Engineering at City University of Hong Kong under the supervisor of Professor Yan Hong, an IEEE Fellow. In September 2015, I joined the School of Automation at China University of Geosciences, where I was promoted to Associate Professor in 2016. Most recently, in January 2024, I transitioned to the School of Mathematics and Physics at China University of Geosciences to further advance my academic and research pursuits. My research focuses on statistical pattern recognition, medical image analysis, biomolecular network modeling, and bioinformatics. I am passionate about leveraging interdisciplinary approaches to address complex scientific challenges. As a Principal Investigator, I have successfully led and completed six provincial and ministerial-level projects, including a General Program grant from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. My research contributions include over 40 publications indexed by EI or SCI. I am eager to embrace new opportunities for learning and collaboration, aiming to broaden my research scope and further refine my scientific expertise.
