Moonton Student Leader Program (CIS&TR)
I started my career as social media manager for King of Glory, responsible for managing the official Sina Weibo. In less than a year, we doubled the followers number from 1 million to 2 million by keeping up with community UGC trends and help promote new patch by "translating" the new hero skill intro into the gamers language.
In 2019, I joined Brand&PR team of the popular sandbox game Mini-World. The game has 100 million MAU with 1 million active UGC creators, but was troubled by it's reputation. In two years,we successfully refreshed its image by digging into the brand core value shared by the player community. In Vietnam,our team cleared the concerns of Vietnam players' parents using various communication tools (offline meeting, media coverage). In China, we carried out serious of UGC promotion projects that gained over 80 million views on social media, boosted the brand awareness and enhanced brand reputation.
After 5 years in the gaming industry, I was invited to work for MLBB. During my time I've taken the challenge of maintaining active core players in CIS region by introducing Moonton Student Leader Program, a program dedicated to empower the key players and strengthen the core community with local contents.
