I worked as a Sales Associate at Tech Family Trust t/a Dr Mobile in Adelaide for one year. My responsibilities included selling mobile accessories, providing phone repair services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. With the company operating across 15 stores in Adelaide, my work involved moving between different locations, which gave me the opportunity to engage with a diverse customer base. Throughout my role, I developed significant expertise in customer service, ensuring a tailored approach to meet the unique needs of each client, enhancing both sales and customer satisfaction.

As a Music Teacher at AAPLUS since June 2022, I have been responsible for teaching Erhu performance and music theory to students of various levels. I design personalized lesson plans to cater to individual learning needs, ensuring that students progress effectively in their musical education. Additionally, I organize and participate in events and competitions, such as the Asia Festival, giving students valuable performance opportunities. Regular communication with parents has been an integral part of my role, providing feedback on students’ progress and adjusting my teaching approach to optimize their development. Through these interactions, I have honed my communication skills and developed a deeper understanding of student needs. My role also includes organizing extracurricular music activities, fostering a passion for music among students, and maintaining a productive classroom environment. Over time, I have gained extensive experience in both teaching and organizing, allowing me to manage and execute various music-related projects independently.
