It is with great enthusiasm that I hope to participate in the ASEAN Summer @ NTU program in 2024. I am attracted to the cross-cultural learning experience, global mindset development and regional networking opportunities that the program offers. The program will help me develop core competencies for the 21st century and prepare me for success in my future career. For example, by interacting with outstanding students from different countries and backgrounds, I can improve my cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills; through in-depth discussions with NTU professors and field trips to Singapore and Vietnam, I can broaden my global perspective and better understand Asia's geopolitical and socio-economic issues; and through exchanges with experts and social innovators, I can learn problem-solving methods and contribute to sustainable development in Asia.
