• Assisted Henlius in achieving the license deal with Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited where Henlius will receive €42 million upfront payment, double-digit royalties and up to €143 million in regulatory and commercial milestone payments for license of the commercialization right in Europe and India
• Assisted Henlius in expansion of the commercial collaboration with PT Kalbe Genexine Biologics to include 22 emerging market countries and Henlius is eligible to receive US$660 million regulatory and commercial milestone payments
• Assisted Henlius in the potential strategic collaboration with a Japanese giant pertaining to commercialization of Henlius' products and further equity investment (ongoing)
• Assisted Henlius in the potential strategic collaboration with a Suadi Arabia company pertaining to establishing joint venture, global clinical trial, product commercialization and manufacturing technology transfer (ongoing)
• Assisted Henlius in collaboration with National Innovation Center par Excellence on co-development and co-funding of early stage innovative projects overseas
• Corporate:
• Advised on strategic collaboration with Shenzhen People's Government and incorporation of Shenzhen subsidiaries
• Advised on the split of manufacturing-related assets and soliciting and negotiating with potential strategic or financial investors, including drafting, amending and negotiating the non-disclosure agreement, terms sheet and assisted in coordinating the legal due diligence
• PE/VC Projects:
• Assisted Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in its proposed participation in HitGen's pre-IPO financing
• Assisted Sinopharm Capital on its proposed investments in an oral cavity medial instrument company in Hubei Province, a pharmaceuticals and medical instrument trading company together with its 45 retail stores in China
• Assisted EDB Investments in its proposed investment in RVAC Medicines
• Assisted Vertex in various investments in emerging and established growth enterprises in sectors of biopharmaceuticals, semiconductor integrated circuit
• Assisted Hearst in its proposed investments in B-round investment in SaaS industry (including data compliance investigation)
• Assisted a foreign venture capital firm in its proposed participation in the B round financing of a domestic innovative biopharmaceuticals company (ongoing)
• Assisted Abax Global Capital in its participations in several domestic companies' pre-IPO financing in sectors such like FMCG, pharmaceuticals and railway transportation

• Assisted a well-known US medical device developer in its cooperation with domestic entities regarding the manufacturing and trading of certain minimally invasive devices through establishment of joint venture and outbound investment, and assisted in the relevant patent licensing and transfer matters (ongoing)
• Assisted HNCA (a state-owned enterprise) in its acquisition of Longhao Airline and provided legal services with respect to the airline's aircraft/engine purchase, aircraft conversion and financial leasing arrangements with aircraft manufactures and leasing companies such like Boeing, AviaAm and AFG
• Assisted Engie China in establishing presence in the renewable energy sector in China, by advising on its restructuring of renewables assets in China including establishment of a joint venture platform in Hong Kong and a foreign investment company in mainland China, as well as assisting in various acquisitions of renewables projects, including, among others, 34 distributed photovoltaic power projects in China, centralized photovoltaic power projects in Inner Mongolia and Yunnan Province, an energy storage project in Zhejiang Province and a renewables O&M service provider
• Advised a wholly-owned subsidiary of a major central government owned enterprise on its equity interest acquisition and proposed construction, development and financing of a photo-thermal+ photovoltaic power project, with an estimated investment of RMB 4.8 billion (ongoing)
• Advised a Singapore-based multinational energy enterprise on its joint venture with a Chinese state-owned company for investment into multiple photovoltaic power projects, with a total installed capacity of 1.1GW and estimated investment of RMB 5 billion (ongoing)
• Assisted Mitsui & Co. in its proposed acquisition of a total of 200 MW wind power project in Jiangsu and Shandong Province, China
• Assisted Brookfield Asset Management in its proposed acquisition of 100 MW centralized wind power projects in Shanxi Province
• Assisted a multinational energy conglomerate in its proposed investment into a state-owned carbon assets (incl. carbon emission allowance, verified emission reduction, voluntary emission reduction and other credits/environmental related products) management and trading platform (ongoing)
• Assisted Shanghai Electrics in its proposed acquisitions of various biomass energy projects and hazardous waste disposal projects in China, as well as providing EPC related services in China and Japan
• Assisted the world leading entertainment and sports agency - Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in its acquisition of a sports brokerage company, establishment of platform for acquiring plays, investment in concerts, development of new media and other derivatives projects
