- Lead the productization of the world's 1st fully productized and commercialized autonomous sweeper from scratch, including setup the pre-sale and after sale process, efficiently shorten the pre-sales preparation from 3month to 1, and lead the development of vehicle control UI in 3 languages.
- Successfully made 1 autonomous sweeper sale in 2021 with turnover of 300,000 euro via open tender, and delivered it to client in Germany.
- Worked as the board member of WIBOT, the joint venture between autowise.ai and Boschung, a leading road surface OEM from Switzerland. Built up the local project management and sales team, and provided product training and mentoring on regular basis.
- Established the strategy of global marketing and branding. Setup the company's linkedIn page. Took about 6 months to attract almost 2000 followers on linkedIn.
