Battery pack development for E-motorcycle and low speed E-vehicle

• Working on RFQ response with cross-functions, and submit battery proposals to customers.
• Together with product manager and sales manager, perform negotiation with customer on unit price,NRE, specification,technical requirement and timeline.
• Leading NPI projects (Proto, EVT,DVT,PVT to SOP), execute roadmap and maintain scheduled activities to be on track.
• Developed comprehensive project plans, identifying risks and mitigation strategies for timely completion.
• Take charge of battery pack manufacture transferring to India
• Be responsible for planning work of customer reception and visit.
• Planned out and executed total of 5 projects in 3 Years

Cell production line development for ICT

• Carry out project management and tracking work in accordance with customer's development process and implementation requirements.
• Tracking & monitoring management new line layout, online & offline equipment, line bring up and main problem points (MIL) in each development stage.
• NPI progress tracking with cross functions regarding procurement of fixture, material, equipment, measure instrument, new buy & retrofit, tracking ETD/ETA and shipment.
• Ensure process CTQ, line qualification and production schedule meet line demand and customer demand for copy line and golden line.
• Control UPH as per down time, follow NG cells FACA and yield improvement with engineering team.
• Tracking process DOE and testing progress, equipment buy-off

Cell development for ICT

• Monitoring daily open-close meeting report and cell development status
• Arrange timely meeting with customer,communicate and coordinate on different project stages.
• Leading NPI projects, make development schedule and track progress.
• Prepare and organize team to cross validate datasheets
• Submit OK2X document for shipment approval
• Co-work with R&D team to resolve and improve cell quality problems

Antenna development for mobile phone

• Organize the evaluation of new projects and make project plans.
• Manage the implementation of R & D and engineering tasks, and monitor the progress of the project at each stage.
• Manage documents and reports to ensure that the engineering data are complete and traceable.
• Arrange for sample production and performance testing.
